The EPD method is well established throughout Europe and beyond. EPD are issued for most Product Categories. Jane Anderson is an ECO Platform member and has provided regular articles for the ECO Platform Newsletter discussing the role and value of EPD. She has been involved in LCA and EPD for construction products for over 20 years, and is an approved Verifier for various established ECO EPD Programmes: BRE, EPD Ireland, IBU, EPD Norge and the International EPD® programme. She is the UK’s expert in CEN/TC350 WG3 and ISO TC59 SC17 and has her own consultancy, ConstructionLCA Limited.

Since 2011, she has been liaising with Eco Platform member Programmes to track the number of construction product EPD, and including this information as infographics in her blog which focusses on all things related to EPD and LCA for construction, available at her website, www.constructionlca.co.uk.
